1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jai Club gaming platform ("Platform"), operated by Jai Club ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jai Club. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the Jai Club platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your account.
- Not share your login credentials with any other person.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Log out of your account after each session on shared devices.
3.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Deposits are processed immediately via supported payment methods including UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to your verified bank account or UPI ID within the timeframes specified on the platform. To request a withdrawal, you must:

- Have a minimum withdrawable balance as specified on the platform.
- Provide a valid bank account or UPI ID in your name.

4.3 Taxes

5 Bonuses & Promotions

- Bonuses are credited to your account upon fulfilling the stated eligibility criteria.
- Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

- Abuse of bonuses, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture and account suspension.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games on Jai Club are skill-based and governed by specific game rules available within each game. By participating, you agree to:
- Play fairly and not use any automated tools, bots, or software to gain unfair advantage.
- Not collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Accept all game results as final once confirmed by the system.
- Report any suspected cheating or game irregularities to our support team.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jai Club platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent bans.

- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the platform.
- Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for illegal transactions.

8 Intellectual Property
All content on the Jai Club platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of Jai Club and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jai Club shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Loss of data, profits, or gaming opportunities due to technical issues or downtime.
- Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
- Actions of third-party payment processors or service providers.
- Losses arising from regulatory changes that affect your ability to use the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10 Account Suspension & Termination
Jai Club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification when required.
- Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Extended periods of account inactivity.
Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, any legitimate balance will be returned to you after applicable deductions.
11 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing formal legal proceedings. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution of all user concerns.
12 Amendments
Jai Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
